This certification is particularly important to us as it goes beyond basic quality requirements. The ISO 9004 standard emphasises sustainable success, continuous improvement and effective management to optimise our organisation’s performance.
It reflects our commitment not only to maintain but also to continuously improve our performance, whilst taking into account the needs of all stakeholders, and in particular those of our customers.
